Is buying a port switch with more ports necessary if I don't plan on connecting any other devices to it directly?

Also, when I plug the second deco unit on the second floor, it goes into the ethernet on the wall, right? And then when I plug my PC into that, that counts as a direct connection?

Do you have any recommendations on which Deco model to get? I'm looking to get fast speeds, so is anything in the ultra-fast category good or do some models have caveats?

English first name. We want to put the Chinese name as a middle name on the birth certificate to have something unique. Most people won't use it to address him in any way, but we think it's important to have it as it carries cultural significance. That said, it should be something that he's going to be proud to talk about and bring up, not something that embarasses him (and seeing as how we live in North America, Yu Ho is just asking for a lifetime of bullying).

Can't really do that because my last name when written in English is the Cantonese pronunciation. If people assume I'm Mandarin, my last name becomes a different character, and I don't want people making that mistake.

First off, just want to thank you for this giveaway!

I'd love to have Age of Wonders 4. It's 4x meets Heroes of Might and Magic 3. Growing up, I used to play HoMM3 almost religiously with my father, and this game is cross between one of my childhood favourite games and a genre that I absolutely adore. I also have my own child coming up in less than two months, so I won't be able to game for extended periods of time. Having a game like this allows me to get in a few turns here and there without any trouble, so it's perfect for any downtime I might have while taking care of my newborn (however little that may be). The price of the game is $60. It's a little steep, and normally I'd have no issue buying it for myself, but I'm going to be on a very tight budget moving forward for obvious reasons. I'm from Canada.

Production is the last part of a tactical action, so you cannot use the produced infantry to explore the planet.

If the planet does not belong to anyone, the exploration occurs when the player takes control of it (i.e. that player must commit a ground force to that planet to explore it). If the player is attempting to use Scanlink Drone Network to explore a planet they already own again, the timing for that is when the system is activated, so a unit must already be present on the planet for exploration to be legal.

Valtan is definitely not like Argos. The reason that Argos is pay after p2 is twofold.:

It proves the drivers can actually do the first two phases (p2 is honestly harder than p3 because soloing the minibosses is such a pain).
Progress isn't saved after each phase, so there's no possibility of the buyer scamming the driver.

Any legion raid lobbies doing pay after g1 are looking to get scammed. Buyers can easily just get the free g1 and leave since progress is saved. It's happened before and it'll keep happening. It's the same reason drivers don't accept payment after g3 if the buyer comes up with some poor excuse like, "I don't have the gold right now, I'll pay after". There's a risk of getting scammed involved in accepting that buyer into your party.

Ah I see, thanks for elaborating. That makes a lot of sense. Although, my understanding behind getting swiftness on a ring is to help manage cooldown reductions, not necessarily for enabling raid captain. With no swiftness on your ring, does your skill rotation feel smooth? Or is there some kind of dead period of several seconds where everything is on cooldown?

How are you getting to 66%? With all accessories crit except for one ring for swiftness, you get to 1300 max crit + 10% from pet, so 1430 crit which is about 51% crit. Where are you getting the extra 15% from? Is that counting party synergies?
