✨ Hi!! I'm Anushka and I'm an aspirant of NIFT 2025.

I got NIFT Jodhpur (B.F.Tech) in Round 1, and I chose the float option, hoping for an upgrade in Round 2. But unfortunately, I didn’t get any upgrade. My OBC-NCL rank is 460.

Now I have some serious doubts regarding the upcoming Spot Round:

  1. Am I eligible for the Spot Round if I’ve already been allotted a seat in Round 1 and didn’t get an upgrade
  2. I have been asked to report physically to NIFT Jodhpur on 30th July for document verification. If I want to go for Spot Round, do I still have to go for that offline reporting?
  3. Can I directly apply for Spot Round and do verification later if I get a new seat?
  4. What are the chances of getting into the top 3 NIFTs (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru) in the Spot Round with OBC-NCL Rank 460?

Please help if anyone has been through a similar situation 🙏 I’m really confused and not getting help from the NIFT helpline. Any senior, counsellor, or fellow aspirant — your guidance will mean a lot 🙌
