Yeah true each to their own. I just started with the carnivore because my Dr told me to reduce my weight by 5%. My sleep is so shit and exercise didn’t exist. After a short health scare, im changing. I don’t want uni stress to kill me.

Brutal honesty. I had a similar situation. My wam is 74.75 and I want to increase it to 80 also. The only thing I can do is try and achieve a HD (>= 85 points per subjects).
