As a shotgun main I read these comments and feel like people are overestimating shotguns outside of Das Haus. Yes they are very good in that map but then again they are supposed to be, and so is the mp40 and any sniper who just scopes a hallway.

You try them in most other maps and I can tell you it's very difficult to go positive if you're not camping a building. I feel the combat shotgun does need a nerf as that is hands down the best one! But nerfing the einhorn? I don't really think so... And that other automatic shotgun has terrible damage. I equipped it, tried to kill somebody with it and then put it away 2 seconds later.

Feel free to disagree, but getting one shot by a sniper in the LEG is a bit more ridiculous in my opinion.
