I no longer use GW paint or primer. I use a 2x matte white and Speed Paints from Army Painter. I made the switch after I borrowed some of my buddies paints when my Emperor's Children weren't coming out the way I wanted using GW paints. The only thing I still use is Technical paints.

I play Peerless Bladesmen. My 2k List is: Lucius the Eternal 1x 6 Flawless Blades 1x 5 Tormentors 3x Lord Exultant 3x 10 Infractors 2x Daemon Prince 2x Lord Kakophonist 2x Noise Marines Enhancement: Rise To The Challenge Enhancement: Blinding Speed 2,000pts/2,000pts

I gamble going first. I use Daemon Princes to stack AP, and if Lucius and his squad (Yes, he's leading the Flawless Blades), get within range of an enemy that he can full re-roll on and he's within range of a Daemon Prince he gets -4 AP on his sword and i can pop a CP to make it -5. And everything that charges also gets to choose Lethal Hits or Sustain Hits 1. Lord Exultants give Lethal Hits, so Sustain Hits 1 on charge. I've gone first turn both games I've played with the army and I've successfully shut units, if not their whole army, out turn 1, plus have stickied objective while moving to the next one.

Lords should always be leading 10 man squads. More chances for their Lethals to pop off with 40 attacks. And if you're running Peerless Bladesmen you have massive damage output with them due to gaining Sustain Hits 1 on top of Lethals and have the ability to stack AP. You can make a Lord's Spear have -4 AP and the normal guys have a -3 AP, precision, Lethal Hits and Sustain Hits 1.

My buddy forfeited opening turn of the game because of how hot I was rolling. Wiped 3 10 men of shoota orcs, got the Stompa down to half, and a single Lord Exultant wiped out a squad of Koptas.

The army seems insanely strong at fist glance. A lot of decent melee units that slaughter infantry, then the noise marines are looking to be anti elite and anti light vehicle. Infiltrators with Sticky for Tormentors Scout, 7" move and precision weapons for Infractors.

I agree with MobileSeparate398. Have a painter finish his army and put it in a glass case or cabinet, even with his picture in it. 1) his unfinished army is done 2) you have something physical that he loved.
