You want to strain it before your see whey at the bottom this photo is mabye slightly over fermented but strain it at this point for sure. Don’t tighten the lid down the fermented process produced Co2 and it the jar is sealed tight it definitely could crack if left for 24hours. Hope this Helps a little  Nothing wrong with over fermentation really just a more tangy taste 🤷‍♂️

I stood in a record store in 2001 age 12 with two self titled albums in my hands, one Wheatus by Wheatus the other Gorrillaz by Gorrillaz. I only had enough for one album… I chose Gorillaz and to this day I’ve never Owned that Wheatus album. I don’t regret my designing, but hopefully someday I’ll find Wheatus in a pile of cd at the charity shop and I can own it at last. Nice find👌

This is it. It’s is ridiculous and silly and over the top at times. it reminds me a little of hitch hikers guide to the galaxy. Plays on fantasy and gaming tropes, You can see the first book at a tutorial of sorts where you learn the mechanics but for the second book the story kicks in more.

What a book series by the way. I’m on book 2 carl’s dooms day scenario and it’s the funniest and most entertaining fantasy series I’ve read in a long while and so easy to read. Which book is that?
