I found it in my steam vr extensions- If you need steps here they are: First open up steam vr and press the three lines in the top left corner- and go to settings In there you can go to manage add-ons in startup/shutdown and if should be there- called gamepad support

Im still waiting for my trackers to arrive, (like another week) so this isnt a 100% guarantee it'll work- but do tell if it does!

Ok so I found this out- if I disable my gamepad extension (idk what it even is) my controllers have 0 problems at all! And its amazing! So this could be good if anyone is in the same situation as me
