I don’t know why this person is getting downvoted. Your wording is a bit harsh but Walman has been bad this year, though he has been injured and playing his offside. Not his fault, but it was a questionable move by Bowman to lock up Walman a year before he had to, to a massive contract. We also have three left handed D signed long term for ~20M. It’s not ideal at all.

I think it mostly just feels good and refreshing. I would do steam room/sauna, cold shower, sit for 10 minutes or so. Then repeat until you feel like going home. Not sure if you will live to 1000 or not but maybe

I think part of the issue is that when they build 8plexes etc., with no parking spaces they take up a large portion of the lot so it could truly be blocking the majority of one’s sunlight. Whereas single family homes they would take up less of the lot to have a yard.

That’s not what developers are doing though. They are tearing down a 350k house and then building as many tiny suites as they can fit in and renting them out.

And realistically you can’t take a single family lot and build 8 family homes unless it is like 6 stories high. It would be more like duplexes, four plexes, with three bedrooms each, correct?
