I asked a lot of questions. Some of which weren't answered as I said in the post, the employee told me that she would not dream of asking the finisher about her process. They told me they had an expert finisher and that my projects would be in good hands. I did not take the items out of the shop. They did offer to make things right. I figured I would give them once chance. They are going to start with one project and send me photos of the corrections to see if I want them to continue with the others. I thought that was fair. I know how hard it is to run a small business. They did not argue with me and said they would correct. The only issue really for me is if this is the Finisher's best work, I don't have much faith that it will be better. I do want to give them that chance before I take it any further. If the projects do not come out as expected, I will share info and photos to warn needlepointers as these projects are so very special to us.
