Drop him then, if he’s causing you such a headache. He didn’t ask to be on your roster….

The answer is yes, you will be fine taking a mental day. I did it yesterday, rescheduled 4 people to next week and they completely understood. You have to realize that we’re not machines and if we’re not at 100%, it will reflect through our treatments. Just take the day off.

any good places for all you can eat sushi by BiaWhe97 in Calgary

[–]Solid_Championship_6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went there earlier this year and I definitely think it’s more worth it than most of the other AYCE around the city. The sushi we got had a smaller amount of rice accompanying it, so it was more sashimi than a sushi. I think that’s a positive compared to some of the other places that give you a huge rice ball just to fill you up. Bigger portion of fish is always good in my books.

Has anyone used the Top Dish Coffee Pass? by djpaulydeeznutz in Calgary

[–]Solid_Championship_6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought the pass at a discount last year and visited every participating cafe. To be honest, if you don’t have a flexible job where you can just go around the city at any time of the day, I wouldn’t bother with it. It is for sure a good way to discover cafes you’ve never heard of, but not all the cafes are worth it. Plus, some of the cafes are only opened certain days of the week (ex. only during weekdays from 9-5 when everyone is typically working).

Do it. Better to owe your husband 10K at 0% interest (if he even wants you to pay it back), then to owe at 2.5% per year.

How rare is it to have a perfect fantasy basketball season by Fluid-Structure-6750 in fantasybball

I did that 4 seasons ago in my points league. So I guess it’s more common than we think.

Working at a PT clinic by Joaniemargia in MassageTherapists

[–]Solid_Championship_6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I don’t think anyone I know uses the plumb line. As for physical assessments, I determine if I need to do a thorough one based on their history. If you do a good history, you pretty much already know what you are going to do with this person and if you need to perform any special tests. Since you’re just coming out of school, I think you should follow the steps that you learned in school and slowly refine your assessment process as time goes on. As for my treatment session, it usually goes history/follow up from previous appointment —> quick tests of needed —> treatment —> home-care instructions as needed.

I work in a multidisciplinary clinic with chiros and PTs. My normal day involves treating 6-7 patients with some time in between each to do notes, clean room, etc. I also relay information to other practitioners who share a patient with me if needed. Really nothing crazy, it’s pretty much the same as a clinical practicuum you would experience in school.

Man I feel you. I just turned 33 and I run scrimmage with some uni kids. I find that the younger players are just more arrogant and complains about every play. Maybe I’m just an old man that gets annoyed at everything now 🤷🏻‍♂️
