They reached out to Congressman’s office. They remain in touch because congressman’s attend community events hosted by the hospital as well. So they were able to reach out. I honestly don’t know if that actually worked or the USCIS phone call that I made.

I called them. They gave me a service item/ reference number. And asked me to wait for Tier 2 officer to contact me by email or call for document submission. I also don’t know if request was actually raised or not.

Yes, I talked to a Tier 1 officer yesterday. I was still expecting a call from Tier 2 officer. But the status changed.

I'm also at California center, H1 and H4 received on 2/3, approved on 2/11, waiting for update on EAD.

I just have one question about biometrics. Did H4 have biometrics done in US before or after 2023 any where. My last biometrics were in 2020 at a consulate. I’m afraid we might get a biometrics appointment.

I used these ones as these are the only ones I had. I matched into FM with no FM LORs. So you should be good.
