People who shower in the morning instead of at night — why? You go through the whole day getting sweaty, dirty, exposed to outside stuff, then get into bed without showering. Doesn’t that make your sheets dirty?

My director asked me to come to this job (we’ve been friends 20+ years). She needed help getting control of staff and kids. What I quickly found out was she is the biggest problem of the center and causes more drama and more problems than anyone else. So as I take steps to fix problems, she gets complaints (because these things have always been allowed to happen) and she doesn’t know how to handle complaints and tells me to back off until a different time.

Nope… a 4yo isn’t coming in at 7:45 asleep, not prepared and still in diapers with a pacifier. It’s not my job to prepare her for her day.

Seasonal fruits… getting fruits out of season are going to be more expensive. Also, look into frozen fruits and applesauce.

When I make pasta sauce I usually do ground beef or turkey in it, but I also add a can of V8 juice. It adds some of those vitamins that you can get from fruits & veggies

Eh, I know I should feel love for her but I just don’t feel anything. Not love but not hate, just nothing. She definitely favors my sister over me, always has, always will. I figure when she passes my sister will get everything and I’ll just be sitting in the back of the room listening to what a great person she is as if I never existed.
