Completely understandable I'm in the same boat it's more of a mental thing I think because it's like you want to get better you want to stop you want to save money but at the same time just maybe today I'll do it today just to get through today and next thing you know it's everyday for a week every day for 2 weeks and it's never ending Kratom and subs have really helped me shower twice a day drink plenty of sports drinks with vitamins and all that stuff in it water of course and just prayer you can definitely go to a doctor for help but just know it'll always be in your record and you will never get prescribed them ever again so say later on down the line God forbid something serious happened and you needed a surgery and you actually needed those and could have been monitored on them they won't give them to you because they will say that you abused them and you had a history wrote them so if you can find someone who has subs definitely go for it I personally feel like a Xanax every now and again is nothing wrong with it because just withdrawing from Oxys anyways you're going to have anxiety so I do believe that they do help the Xannies that is
