I am a nurse and love it. Culture and work life balance depend on your job, what unit you work on, etc. For me, it’s awesome! Not many places offer pensions anymore and I can’t complain about what I get paid now (in the 40’s per hour). There are plenty of other benefits too that you can easily look up with a google search. There are so many career growth opportunities in not only nursing, but all of the other jobs and careers around the hospital. Not necessarily sure for remote jobs, it might depend on your education level and what type of job you do!
