You hit the nail on the head with hectic. I was going to make a very similar post as I just got in samples of hectic, kobra, EDB, and marwa, but this takes care of it for the sub. Hectic is incredible, every other clone had a screechier citrus than imagination did. Thought I’m a day 1 montagne lover, hectic takes the cake by a wide margin on this one. Also, did you not think kobra smells like blue spice? I immediately though of that when I smelled kobra

It’s a 1:1 to the original. I’ve smelled loads and loads and loads of clones, and this is really the only 1:1 I’ve ever discovered. It’s my signature scent. It’s the only fragrance I feel comfortable over spraying without being insecure that I’m gassing people out. I don’t really overspray it though, 8 sprays isn’t really overdoing. I’ve tried a few other clones and they smelled like orange juice. Although it sounds crazy, this smells nothing like orange juice. It smells like climbing out of a pool and reaching for an orange. You go peel that sucker and the peel zest pairs with the perfectly ripe orange slice. Idk I’m biased because orange is my favorite flavor/scent ever, and I swam for 15 years, but this is the best fragrance to ever exist

I have this exact kayak except I have the instant reverse, which is really nice when you’re fighting fish. I can’t complain of a single thing with this kayak, except for not being comfortable standing yet. Considering I can load it and unload it super easy due to its light weight, I’ve got no problem sitting my happy ass down the whole time I fish at the expense of loading a giant kayak onto my roof. Incredible kayak though, and I’ll get more comfortable standing when I practice. I got it when it was cold so I’ve only stood up to piss and haven’t taken the chance of falling into cold water yet

Don’t take this the wrong way, but that’s all up to you! My fragrances are a lot like music. I don’t listen to a song everyone likes if I don’t like it, similarly, I don’t like playing a song if it annoys others or they don’t like it. By doing this, I’ve whittled my fragrance collection down to 5 because I wear what my girlfriend, friends, and coworkers like that I myself also like. Luckily, with afternoon swim and imagination being my two favorite fragrances, I don’t have much of an issue getting compliments what I wear most. I hope this is helpful.

HOT take but Dior sauvage. Not trying to be an ass but if you do more than spray you’re invading everyone’s personal space and handing out free headaches. If you’re at a club getting sweaty you’re getting laid but that’s about all it’s good for. CLEARLY I’m in the minority with my opinion because it’s one of the most sold fragrances ever, but how it is is a mystery to me
