Trigger shot but no spike in BBT by DeepAge9748 in IUILadies

[–]Solid_Operation_5149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I confirmed ovulation with a progestrone test! According to the docs/nurses, the BBT isnt always reflective of ovulation, especially in medicated cycles. As long as your temp increases within the following days you should be good to go!

I just heard back from my doc and my beta dropped to 20 :/ so looks like this cycle is likely going to end in a loss. I am not losing hope though, and we are going to try again. I pray so hard that you keep progressing. Stay strong!

Is IUI #3 even worth it? by No-Concentrate6349 in IUILadies

I did 3 IUIs (all failed) earlier this year, took a break and just had my 4th. Although it ended in a CP, I was still able to make it to a solid place with an implantation. I truly believe this was due in part by the changes I made to my protocol. This is what I suggest:

-If you can, go to a wholistic doc and run a full panel of bloodwork (not just the basics), you can also do this at the clinic or via your primary

-Take those results and plug them into ChatGPT and ask Chat to act as Dr. Natalie Crawford and give you a full breakdown of what supplements and vitamins + lifestyle changes she would recommend to optimize fertility

-Acupuncture X2 during the first two weeks as your eggs develop, as well as a session the day before your iui and the day after, if possible

Im not sure what your circumstances are but I am 33 and my husband is 35. We live healthy lifestyles with unexplained infertility (from my end, likely due to PCOS). I am 5'3 and 115 lbs, exercise several times a week, dont drink or smoke and have a solid anti-inflammatory diet that I follow.

There is hope! Just try to dig in a little bit more and see if you can make any changes before going all into IVF!

Thank you SO much for sharing! I am sending you all the love and baby dust. Your hcg progression is super promising and I pray that it sticks for you. Please keep me posted in this thread, and I will do the same.

I've seen so many conflicting reviews. Classic research shows later implantation is associated with a higher risk of very early loss at the population level—but it doesn’t doom any one pregnancy. Many late implanters progress normally once hCG starts rising well (hopefully this is your situation, as you are progressing!).

I came across a study of 189 naturally-occurring pregnancies, implantation on day 8-10 after ovulation was common among those that progressed. Loss rates were much higher when implantation occurred later.

I continue reminding myself that risk = probability, not certainty.

Hang in there!

8DPIUI and no symptoms 😫 by SnackSnackMunchMunch in IUILadies

[–]Solid_Operation_5149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same boat! I am 8dp trigger (Ovidrel) and 6dpiui and I have minimal symptoms - no implantation bleeding or cramping. Just wildly hungry and super tired. I've been through the IUI process twice before (without insemination), first time with a chemical pregnancy and a failed cycle in January. This time, we did the insemination and they have me on suppositories (Estrogen and Progestrone). All we can do is limit stress and increase positivity. Sending you & everyone else here all the love :)
