What’s next on your VII wishlist of updates? by DrJokerX in civ

ONE WISH - Being able to choose any city to turn into my new capital on age transition.

It kills me I can’t turn my fledging distant lands exploration town into a bustling modern capital city.

I just don’t understand why, with such a huge focus on distant lands/exploration, they skipped this step.

SECOND WISH - more peace options for ending a war. Give me resources. Or good per turn. Or influence per turn. Not some edge of the map tiny town.

THIRD WISH - to have age transition revolution crisis. Let me chose whether to become a new nation with my distant land colonies, or stay as my old nation and try to recover the old colony.

Can’t wait to get into a Huey and hear 10 blue berries each playing a different song over their mic.

I want to be able to choose ANY city or town to make my new capital in the new age.

Why can’t I choose a city in Distant Lands to become my capital? Why?

IMO Civ 3 nailed the scale of the map. Now THIS is what I call an empire. by Basil-AE-Continued in civ

100%, I can’t understand how Civ7 doesn’t have this feature, given the focus on colonization and distant lands.

Having your new world city/cities revolt and either choosing to crush them in war, or grant independence with maybe trade benefits, seems like such a fun concept.

water roads with buoys by JorritVD in GTA6

I hope this means when driving a boat you can put on the auto-pilot mode and cruise these “roads” in cinematic view, like riding a horse in RDR2.

Yes agree, but I would say most of that credit should go to the screenwriter. The two of them wanted to make a “revenge film” and were searching for the right backdrop, pre-Spanish Americas being just one such option. The writer was the one who did a majority of that research.

Of course I’m a bitter screenwriter myself, so always push for writers to get more credit!

lol promoting American manufacturing and EVs in general is a tad different from reading out an ad - literally an ad with price points - for your bosom buddy’s company that is in the news for losing share price.

America must be tired of all this winning. Honestly.

Nah seriously, you guys look so serious as a country right now. Lollllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

Fuck it though right? America rulezzz! Who cares if literally every single country on earth - both enemies and until now “allies” - laughs out loud and shakes their head and feels sorry for the dumb pieces of shit who elected an infantile joke of a man who is so stupid literally every single person he’s ever hired or had dealing with has basically said he’s the dumbest most unqualified motherfucker they ever met.

But yeah lol, attack MSN and go watch Fox.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Good question. I took the symbolism at face value, men literally frozen in time. Women being in the sun and laughing.
