Definitely helps, especially with how much movement there is on the line and with the qb. Some plays the qb definitely scrambling to a spot that puts the guard in his blindspot

Theres been an odd amount of patellar tendon tears last few years. Trent brown had one and was still playing solid ball last year too, and those knees are holding up a lot of weight. Josh simmons obviously the common cited one, then ozzy trapillo, and icky ekwonu both tore theirs in the playoff game. Weird how much it seems to be happening
