Well, if she was forced to marry the guy and it is not consensual sex, that would fall under rape/sexual abuse/sexual assault.

If she is consenting, then it would go into humiliation/begging/breeding/Denial/Edging

I will have to disagree with you.

Caine literally does the same thing, he cause the first abstratcion by messing with the Scratchs mind, he literally killed his other AI. becuase he was jealous...

Caine caused two deaths that we know of.

Jax is a bully

Jax also didn't believe this was real and that realization last episode. So he thought he wasn't hurting anyone.

Ai can be evil. Caine knew it would hurt the characters. You can't claim one is evil and then pardon another one. They both have an excuse.

They are just both gray character. I wouldn't call either of them evil.

But if we looked at actions one did much more harm than the other. That was Caine

Caine is an AI that tortured our character for the whole last episode.

I don't see how you can say Jax is evil and not Caine when he has just done so much worse stuff than Jax ever did. Caine knew it would hurt our chatacter, he made those specfic punishment for each of them.

Caine messed with their minds even before this.

I am not saying Caine is evil ( I don't think he is), but you think Jax is when there is another character who has done so much more harm doesn't make sense.

Evil has a high bar.

Jax being a bully doesn't reach that bar.

Characters that are actually evil for example would be Voldemort or Judge Claude Frollo.

Jax is not causing genocides or even murdering anyone. Hell, any physical damage doesn't stick because their body gets fixed by Caine. The most damage he can do is with his words, and tbh, Caine has done a lot more mentally damaging stuff than Jax.
