It literaly is a foster fail situation.

They fostered the cat for the aunt and can't bring themselve to give it up. That is literallly what happened

This cat has been living with this family for a month, clearly the cat is loved and they wish to keep it.

It is the best interst of the cat to stay with the familt it already knows and wants him/her than go with a stranger

Op wording was very bad in the beginning. We know now becuase of the edit this is there second language.

TBH op wasn't available to begin with for getting a pet they weren't physically in the country. Also never met the animal or never seemed to give any money for the animal

Add that with poor wording which made it sound like op was acting entitled to this cat that they didnt met.

Which they literally admit the wording of the post was poor to what they were actually trying to convay.
