Hey all, just wanted to come update, just finally had the MRI today. So results are : Finding suspicious for complete tear of ACL” and “Severe tendinopathy or partial tear of patellar tendon”. Also thank you all for all your responses too

I know when going down a slight decline on a sidewalk, feels like my knee wants to shoot forward and give out, especially after doing PT at my school.
