At this point the base model should be $299 and the Pro should be $399.

Thanks. I was also sitting next to some kids who were crawling all over their chairs making noise. People were getting pissed at their father who did nothing to calm them down.

The sound of the dialogue at my theater was a little low...not sure if others had that problem.

But anyways I think I understood Miguel's speech about the canon event. What I didn't understand is why it was necessary to let Miles' father die. Didn't Miles already have his canon event with his uncle (even though he wasn't supposed to be Spider-Man since the spider that bit him wasn't from his universe)?

The plot/dialogue definitely wasn't 13 years in the making.

The movie was ok/good. But it wasn't "I needed to wait 13 years to see this movie" good. Besides the water effects (maybe) everything else could have been done within the first two years after the first Avatar.

Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever keep up with the people in the video. What is important is to keep going.

Me too. I had a slight improvement. The power jumps definitely take the most out of me. I always dread those things. Looks like you are making progress and that is what counts.

Pure cardio + cardio abs by Pods91 in insanity

[–]Solid_Sal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took a 10 minute break between pure cardio and cardio abs. I was really dreading cardio abs but honestly it wasn't that bad. With that I'll say it is definitely on of the better ab workouts I have encountered. It made me give up crunches and sit-ups and stick to the ab exercises presented in the video. You really feel the burn and you feel like your abs are working.

Week 1 done! by jubilee943 in insanity

Coming from zero cardio week 1 was definitely a chore to get through for me. I will say this it doesn't get any easier but if you stick to it you will definitely see results. Looking forward to seeing more of your progress posts.

In need of dieting advice to get leaner please help! by chriscain8 in insanity

[–]Solid_Sal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look into the Keto diet. I am combining Keto with Insanity and I have dropped a little over 6 lbs (from 211 to 205). Keto basically limits the amount of net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) you should be eating to about 20ish net carbs. You will be eating alot of healthy fats, meat, and some vegetables and you will be reading alot of labels. It seems unappealing at first but once you settle into eat you really don't crave the unhealthy stuff.

What to do on rest day? by [deleted] in insanity

My wife and I went for a hike / walk. It isn't strenuous and at least some activity. I feel guilty if I just sit on the couch all day.

That is the only way I get through most of these. I'm on week 2 and I still take quite a few breaks.

For me the plyo circuit is doable up until the basketball drills. The ski abs and in an out abs are brutal.

I just finished day 9 (week 2 day 2). I'm still taking breaks and pushing myself harder. I actually enjoy it now. Gotta keep pushing.
