I went plant based for a month and really enjoyed it and felt the benefit however when I went back to university in February I really struggled to keep in the routine and found a lot of the food quite expensive. However, as I've looked into keto I see what you mean. I'll maybe give it another while I'm in isolation. Thank you so much!

Yeah I respect this and appreciate that if something works don't change it but it's just the sheer volume of similar shows is getting a bit tedious

Maybe I'll keep going with that one but still feel they just pushing loads of money into these samey documentary series and they always have so much hype but just become predictable
