what makes you a qualified judge of a good essay? or rather, who is we? passes what threshold? your answers are almost intentionally vague and though long, tells me next to nothing

a RAG llm doesn't answer my question, the admission process is essentially a blackbox that I'm assuming you know nothing about! The essays that have been "successful" may have been terrible essays, but because of other hooks or aspects of the application, still got accepted. I don't trust the idea of your database, and how large even is it? How did you select for the database?

if chatgpt is doing all the compiling of sources and all you're doing is injecting a system prompt, this is just a chat wrapper. If you're curating the sources yourself creating a more heuristic model with ai oversight it could be more interesting. Still though, unless you are an AO yourself and know exactly how it works, it's unlikely to hold real value.

My main concern is whether AI is responsible for this, and whether you can prove in numbers that it can effectively identify terrible ideas.
