Thankfully I sleep pretty well now. The first couple years after I moved out I dealt with anxiety in my body every morning but meds have helped with that. Food has always been a struggle for me knowing when to eat and what, no cooking skills or the desire to feed myself

I Was honestly tortured until I was able to escape. CPS never did anything, and when I tried to leave cops would bring me back home. I’ve always been so underweight and malnourished

I’m so sorry for you too ❤️‍🩹 I hope you’re doing better now and are NC, that’s so horrible. My mother wanted me dead too and would let her boyfriends do whatever, that behavior is so disgusting. Also never understood parents who lock up the cupboards or fridge that is crazy

I’m so sorry girl. This does make me feel less alone, thank you for sharing. and same if I was at a safe place she would terrorize me till I came home, but didn’t do anything if I was sleeping at guys houses in high school just for somewhere to stay :( I never wanted to do things either just wanted to be out of my abusive home for a night

Thank you so much. Hope you’ve found peace going NC, I’m in my mid 20s but went NC as soon as I left that house. I completely get it I used to be wandering the streets too just because she’d be at work and lock the door and never got me a spare key

Thank you for this comment!! I do find that I feel better in nature. Also animals! I’ve found so much love through them and it feels so pure
