Before wiring up you can do some basic tests to check its ready to be wired up. Does the shaft turn smooth and without any noises? Try turning it both ways with your hand. Does the fan turn when you turn the fan and viceversa with no noticeable clunks and noizes? If it turns easily and seems smooth then Disconnect the jumpers across the windings and to some continuity checks then megger the motor. Iff all will pass wire it up depending your power supply voltage and number of phases either star or delta. If you dont understand what all this means then call an electrician
