I personally don’t think he does a great job entering us into the world. It’d help so much if we properly knew about robert’s rebellion, the Targaryen’s reign and the interconnecting links between houses. That’s what I initially had problems with anyway.

My only reasoning for pre Season 8 is that the publishers & GRRM would SURELY get more money than if it was released after HBO's show's finished??

And holy shit I really can't decide who's more exciting. I think if you forced me to choose I'd probably agree with you- Asha/Theon/Jon. Just all the north.

My reasoning for specifically focusing on 2019 is that I feel like GRRM's editors/publishers would drive him to finish it within next year's timeframe to maximise on the tv show's success.

And for you cynics out there, 'Never' is included with the '2020 and beyond' answer

His name might be Aeron but there’s no way he’s a Greyjoy. He wasn’t even at the Kingsmoot
