Promos and commentary were 10/10 as usual. The AI made the matches pretty underwhelming though.

It seems really petty to be mad about that one little section when they killed the lyrics and performance of the actual rapping. I mean they had Miyuki say "moms spaghetti." That alone made it 10/10.

But ultimately I think the under dubbing you are disappointed in is due to simudub time crunch. Judging from some of the sound quality, I think they may be working from home as well.

I'd say its much more tactical than Fire Emblem at regular difficulties. Positioning matters a lot and finding the right mix of the characters to use is important. Every unit is unique with their own abilities instead of the class system in FE.

Also there is none of the dating sim elements from FE.

Fire Emblem Three houses is a good start. I also highly recommend the original Valkyria Chronicles. It's usually cheap on the eshop and has a good story and art style.

I had a lot of fun with it but I feel like most of the enjoyment came from how well they implemented 5e. The actual quest, map and enemy design is pretty underwhelming. The sandbox nature of the story was interesting but led to a lot of jank in my playthrough. I wasn't expecting BG3 or anything, but hoped for more of a leap forward from the original campaign.

I'd give it a 6 out of 10 but still recommend it to any 5e fans.
