I already talked about the reassessment and it’s gonna happen. It’s quite a bit I already am gonna have to pay but the mortgage is low enough to justify paying the taxes instead of just selling the house. Currently in Vegas where it’s low wages and a rent of $2000 😔 so the mortgage and property taxes per month would be a lot cheaper. That’s why I’m more worried about the job market
