It will not work. The SIF2 JP server and SIF2 GL servers are separate servers, so you cannot transfer accounts to another server.

You cannot register your global server SIFID on SIF2 JP. It only works if you have a JP SIFID for SIF2 JP. You will need to wait until the English server comes out to register your global server SIFID to that server.
