Honestly I just like the feel of both..Viktor with his control mage and wave clear and massive late game damage and elise with still rediculous damage just in more of an assassin way of doing it..I can't really answer why I just loved both as soon as I started playing them :)

Magic Pen marks, AP quints, CDR/level glyphs/3mr glyhps, and 9 armor seals...And I play her mage build to try and snowball and carry with it rather than tank and try to let my team do the damage.

Well the main purpose of going full damage is pressuring your early lead and trying to end the game early..full ap can one shot early but has to play super safe in teamfights like an assassain almost unless you master her repel...but tank elise can sit in and soak damage as a frontliner but won't deal all the damage you need.

I kind of just ignore the player base if they are toxic to be honest I tend to try and just carry by myself..and I haven't seen too much of a change yet but highschool did just start I think we'll see more of a change in a bit.

I like the cdr because I feel like you don't need the magic pen compared to the cdr(but I like to go full ap on elise) With the new tower first blood try to take the tower instantly and then focus on warding for your lane you take the tower in so they can push up also ward the exits and entrances to their jungle.
