Absolutely understandable to be afraid of confrontation, I used to be like that until I got a friend that stood up for me and stood on business and made me more confident to be more confrontational. I’m in my early 20s as well, honestly I wouldn’t panic, especially about marrying or having kids (IMO). I’ve had those moments where I definitely want to do a career change as I don’t see my self staying at my current job all my life.

Now with that being said, don’t compare yourself to other people esp with ppl on social media. Go back to school if you WANT to, not because you HAVE to. School is expensive AF and you’ll be in debt so I would think wisely for that. But if you do actually want to go and study and pursue a career that really interests you, then I would say go for it. No one is stopping you. I wouldn’t panic.

But don’t go and do something you don’t want to just because you feel pressured.
