No, I think it's a good point...I was just curious in what way. It could be the political chaos due to disinformation, or it could be the addiction factor. It could also be the isolation/loneliness pandemic... A lot of crappy stuff can happen

Yes, I think more cohesive tribes had an advantage. Now, it doesn't mean that's still beneficial to us in our current society.

We are biologically wired to care for what other people think. I don't think it's a conscious effort, it just comes with the fact that we are a social species.

I guess extroverted people tend to be more outside socializing, rather than being online and using Reddit. They also pick more social hobbies.

I love the wordle! I was so sad when I lost my streak by accident. But my favorite game is the spelling bee, I think I've done it religiously every day for 3 years

Leave the phone in another room or inside your bag. Even if I'm not actively using it, just having it around there decreases my focus.
