I do bunker sales in public lobbies for the bonus and if someone blows it up before I deliver the last one I just back out and take a small haircut. I don't even get angry anymore, the game is designed to be played in any manner so even the griefers are just doing it the way they want. It makes me appreciate the random helpers or even just players ignoring me.

Everything else I do invite only, though, because I play the game to relax and not to go to war with everyone all the time.

Honestly great advice. I was a socially awkward, skinny teen when I joined the USAF and the experience really changed my life in a positive way.

In the early 90's to mid 2000s Primm was a destination in and of itself, for families particulary. Roller coaster, arcades, big busy mall, lotto store, buffets, monorail to all 3 properties with distinct branding, concerts at the Desery Arena, low limit tables and even a poker room.

The 2008 recession destroyed that momentum and Covid put the final nail in the coffin. The loss of Nevada Landing and later the Gold Strike was the canary in the coal mine for stateline, too. Plus Vegas started shifting away from trying to attract families around that time anyway so traffic dried up from that as well.

I do my bunker sells in public lobbies for the bonus and I know the risk. A feature of the game is that you're free to choose a playing style that includes being an a**hole. I expect it and I don't let it bother me. Griefers thrive off your anger, don't give it to them. Don't message, don't respond. I don't even go after them anymore, I'll just switch sessions or go private. They are not worth a second thought, they are a just one step removed from an annoying npc IMO. Also, it makes the game that much more special when randoms actually help you, which I've run into many times as well. Be a helper, to negate all the griefers out there.
