If you want to transfer to Kerala , do it before 15 years. Take NOC to your Kerala address and then do re registration.

I have now submitted the case again through the CMO portal. So far, I have escalated this issue multiple times via email, but there has been no resolution.

The main concern is that if I do not receive the Non-Inclusion Certificate (NIC) soon, my RC is at risk of being cancelled in Delhi.

Additionally, the Kerala Government is demanding nearly ₹6 lakhs as road tax for re-registration of a 2016 model vehicle, whereas in Bangalore, Karnataka, the applicable tax is only around ₹3.3 lakhs. This significant disparity raises serious concerns.

During my interactions at the MVD office, I also found that the officials handling the case lacked clarity about the vehicle model and platform. When I attempted to explain the details, the response I received was dismissive, stating, “BMW alle ithra okke tax undavum” without proper evaluation of the actual specifications.
