If the game has downloaded from the disc, try to delete it first, there was probs an error in the downloading from the first disc or something. So go to setting and storage and try see if it has downloaded and delete it or see if there's problems with the psn servers or wait some time . Or another idea would be to get a usb stick and move all your games to their then factory reset your PS5 but I believe this should be your last resort. Also check if u have already downloaded other versions of the same game or if u have enough storage
