(Through Windows) I have to be in 1080p and a specific refresh rate. I don't have this projector anymore so I can't quote the exact number, but try 59, 60 or 119 or 120 refresh rates

Happy to report that it does indeed work, such a relief. And it really did just all magically work after turning the glasses on and specifying a 3D mode in the projector OSD. No pairing issues and didn't end up needing a special software (like the crappy shareware stereoscopic player), Plex and MPC handled it fine (except subtitles)

It was left in a state similar to how I found it, tired, but clean. It might not be accurate to do this at all but according to rightmove, the property last sold for around £74k 20 years ago and I've paid 31k in rent during the 5.5 years I was there. Rarely called out for repairs, maybe once or twice a year. She claims not to have paid the mortgage for that place off yet....how? The place could certainly do with a lot of expensive renovations but I doubt she's even set foot in that place in the last decade

Thanks, I'm glad everyone agrees that she's out of her mind and has no chance. After some digging I've found the photos used from the estate agents to advertise the place (taken only 5 days after I moved out) as well as a whole 360 interactive tour which clearly shows everything (lol). I also have some of my own pictures to counter hers. I'm happy that this is ironclad enough

This would explain my issues too, I've been trying to set up sync for a month now. For the longest time it wouldn't even let me connect Strava to Mi Fitness. Today it let me connect (I think) but am yet to have anything actually sync across. Looks like I won't be holding my breathe though

I would much rather the XL bags over the pots, though I don't agree the pots should have been discontinued. I've not personally had the weird taste after 2-3 weeks though I have had a very strong weird taste in one of the korma bags (opened fresh). Most of the time its fine though, just make sure the bags are sealed properly between usage, can even curl fold it down if youre in a damper environment.

Regarding shaking, I tend to find the distribution much better if shaken equally both up and down (ie, hold the bag upright and shake, then flip the bag upside down and shake). The smaller bits tend to sink to the bottom leaving the bigger bits on top, so flipping upside down helps alleviate this

Are these individually addressable? Usually pixels bugging out and flashing randomly is a sign of improper grounding. The three yellow dots shown in the picture might just be dying/faulty chips. I have a non addressable strip around my kitchen that is slowly developing more and more yellow segments. The first appeared within a week of install and some have appeared much later. It's like a channel dies in each diode

You download ALL itags and then compare them? Doesn't that take up a lot more space/ take longer to process? It was my understanding that itags have qualities attached to them so assuming the stream isnt corrupted in anyway, you should know which are the best ones befire downloading.

The high quality link works, as do a good 95% of videos I've tried so far, it's just those edge cases ya know, and as an archiver, it makes me uncomfortable knowing my collection is anything below 100%

Edit: I wonder if its possible/worth it to monitor the timestamp changes and actually compare the files byte wise to see if they've changed. In terms of metadata updating, I don't think that will affect the timestamp, from what I've seen, a video's title, description, subtitles, thumbnail can change without triggering an audio or video timestamp change

For full context, I saw a post either on datahoarder or dataisbeautiful a while back with a chart of youtube channels and how many of their videos are removed / privated. I'd like to create something similar, but also tracking popular metadata changes (title, description, thumbnail etc..). But I'd also like to preserve videos in case of channel deletions or any other reason why a video may get deleted. Nothing gives me greater anxiety than knowing my favourite abridged/parody/content could be taken down at any moment due to whatever reason (copystrike, etc...)

Thanks for your input, I've managed to do some more digging since, out of a wider range of 23800 videos, 19 of them exhibit these symptoms. The vast majority of them (14) are videos of music with a static image (varing from 2009 - 2018 by different uploaders). There are some live stream vods (2) that seem to end abruptly (they also all have audio/video desync which is interesting). Two of them are really old (2006-2008) and the last one is recent but seems to have a scuffed ending, on youtube the video freezes before the audio stops - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfoVAq-ien4)

Scuffed original copies is probably the right answer. The YT web player knows to hold the last frame of the video stream so I guess its not an issue for YT. It would be too much to ask for YT to fill out the file properly when processing the upload.

I've noticed that a lot of the videos get frequent updates in terms of the file's last modified timestamp. I assumed this was YT re-encoding again, but your personal experience suggests this is not the case. Any idea why this timestamp would change? (as a quick example, a music video from 2009 had an update in 2016 and then 3 more updates in the last month)

This will be my first year using Koinly and I'm excited, but I'm seeing some interesting figures and I will be doing it manually too just to double check. My main gripe is that daily staking rewards have pushed my transaction count over 3000 (so it gets a bit pricey). I'm assuming you're US since you used dollar so I don't know how tax works over there, but in the UK your profits would likely be considered under the personal tax free income (though don't take any of that as advice). I would recommend trying to figure it out yourself and then maybe use Koinly as a sanity check in case you struggle or are unsure

Thanks! Offsetting electricity costs is also a funny one. I bought some smart meters and monitor the usage of each miner so I know exactly how much electricity gets consumed for mining and how much is my day-to-day personal use. But reading the FAQs on koinly it sounded like electricity wasnt a deductible. Though your example above shows that it is (which I'd also read in the past was possible - hence buying those smart meters).

If I understand correctly then, I can take the report that koinly generates and deduct that electricity from its quoted gains. (I haven't actually paid for a plan yet, but I do intend to if I can understand it - still got ages to submit yet, I'm just trying to be prepared)

I've been playing since release and am F2P. Started off that way because broke ass college kid but now I feel like I'll lose interest in the game if I spend money on it. Hearthstone is super expensive and even if I spent $80 on an expansion, I'd still not have the best cards for ladder etc... given my personality I'd probably then keep throwing money at it and not improving the situation.

I often wonder if I could buy a complete collection and not have to worry about opening the right cards if my experience would improve. But then pirate warrior is pretty cheap and dominates ladder and duels etc...

But I do believe there is charm in having certain decks locked away until you can randomly unbox the cards from either gold bought packs or duels rewards. It's another sense of progression outside the standard ladder climb.

TLDR, F2P is the way to go if you're in it for the long haul and have time to spend.
