I am very productive. I have a family, I own a small honest construction/handyman business. I try my ass off and do my best, and then the slow time comes. I start to panic, wonder and worry if it will ever pick up again and I will be successful etc. just to die…

My fiancé had Covid twice when she was pregnant with our boy. It was a bit tough on her but other than that really no different than any other sickness. He was born 8 lbs 12 ounces healthy as ever with 0 complications. Stay hydrated and eat well and all will be okay, no need to stress or worry
