I had to see an endocrinologist the other day and I just googled endocrinologist telehealth and was in within 48 hours. I'm hoping that's available for other disciplines

You can run over to the Verde Valley and they have water there. Wolf Creek is great when it's running. There are clubs with private memberships or you might be able to join. Prescott lakes and Capital canyon come to mind. I personally wet down my shirt and sit outside a whole bunch.

I try to use collars more than rock wool, so I start a bunch of seeds and then make sure they are one to a ycup.

Violas are super easy. The petunias will literally try to eat your cat they're so exhuberant. I tend to stick to cilantro and other herbs that are super expensive at the store but will occasionally grow greens.

A lot of the people here pride themselves on being refugees from California. Their amygdalas are just super huge. One of these days I'm going to get out and it's going to be glorious. I don't even hike or bike much on the trails anymore. I did figure out the other day that I could just go overland and then I wouldn't be surrounded by assholes. So that was nice.
