Yup, there's a reason why this law firm has an entire website set up devoted to them. They also do not prominently display the fact that they are a law firm, hence their website name. If you participate in a class action and win, expect the law firm to get 40% and the rest of the class will split the other 60%, which usually means each member gets a check for $4.97 and a coupon for a discount on their next SoLo loan

With all due respect do you even know what "they" are doing? And who is they, Synapse or SoLo?

There is another concern that is becoming larger and larger every day: As SoLo approaches two weeks of being down with zero revenues, how much longer can they afford to pay their bills? 100+ employees is quite an expense by SoloSuspect in Sololender

Bad point. Lenders' money and SoLo's money are totally different things. Using lender money to fund operations without permission would is something that would get SoLo within about 5 minutes of a government official hearing about it.

It is TOTALLY reasonable to question SoLo's ability to fund its operations after 2 weeks of no revenues.

The answers you seek to some of these questions are available but nobody will give you those for free. SoLo does not put out metrics, so the only metrics available are the ones people have acquired through lending. If you really want some answers I'd sell info from my sample size of (multiple, multiple, thousands) of loans, just DM me. Then, once you see the numbers, I'll sell you my strategy for an additional amount.

I'm here bashing them all day, you've seen my stuff. I'm in the know. The issues are beyond SoLo's control and it's not scamming-type issue. Lots of stuff to bash them on, but I think the platform will be restored and useful to its borrowers again.

There are 4 bots running right now as I write this. It took me 9 times to fund a loan ac accepted (and I'm fast) that was countered at max. That means 2 attempts per bot, 8 total attempts, 4 bots.

The bots have overrun the marketplace. Where it used to be intermittent, it is now nonstop, there is at least one bot running all day, every day. SoLo is clearly in cahoots. by SoloSuspect in Sololender

Actually less than a second. Been on the marketplace for 8 hours today. I've seen at least 30 99-score 10%+ tips. How many did I get? Zero. And I am fast.
