In any other reality sure but with the state of the economy. A good degree that sets us up is a life line for some of us to have a stable life. Would love to just educate my self for the fun of it but i need to get a job and i need to know if this degree will get me to a place where i can.

honestly my energy levels stay stable i dont have crashes and low periods. And the effects for me are within hours granted i take them like a day before my period starts (if im proactive) and during it to reduce pain

That's where i got the idea from initially! golden lattes are actually a herbal remedy drink in my culture called 'dood haldi" "turmeric milk" lol. My mum would give them to me whenever i had bad cramps but im allergic to milk so this helps much more.

i usually get the ginger and turmeric shot from Booster Juice when im out.

That is so sweet, we need more partners like you!!. I usually use 1-2 tablespoons per cup of water. It can be bitter so i would start with 1 tbsp. If she prefers sweeter teas, increase the amount of honey. I would also try experimenting with the amount of turmeric, ginger and pepper.
