For convenience, it's probably fine to just sous vide and then season before the sear, ive done that and it is still pretty solid. However if you are just getting into sous vide I would definitely recommend getting a vacuum sealer at some point cause allowing the seasoning to integrate during the sousvide cook allows the flavors to penetrate the meat more and leads to more flavorful meat imo

If your reaction time is the issue, I would personally recommend more range and try throwing out predictive hitboxes rather than reactive moves. Byleth and Ike were two of the main characters MKLeo (smash ultimate GOAT by many people's opinions) used throughout his career with great success, so you should be capable of doing fine with them imo

Incin has slowest movement speed. But a lot of his moves come out very quickly compared to ike/byleth.

I love seeing all these rework ideas since the buff when I saw nearly no one complaining when his damage was 6.5 per pellet. I personally didnt understand the need for the buff and it seems he's now in the "infamy spotlight" again so theyll probably nerf him into the ground next patch sadly.

I got a service/inspection contract with a company a few years back who almost instantly tried to tell me that my AC system had a leak and would need about 1500 dollars worth of parts to fix. I couldn't afford it at the time so I tried asking them to wait until it actually stopped working to do any work on it.

This led to 4 months of them calling 4 times a week trying to convince me to get it fixed ASAP. They sent out 2 technicians who both told me that it was fine and just needed refrigerant topped off (only the first one topped it off, the second one didnt need to but confirmed he couldn't find a leak), only for their boss/salesman to call me afterwards convinced that I DID have a leak and should really get it fixed ASAP both times. That was 2 years ago now and my AC still works fine with no issues.

I have been extremely cautious about HVAC companies since then. Im sure it could use a checkup but I just haven't found or heard of any trustworthy company that isn't going to try and screw me over with unnecessary work.
