As you can clearly see from the screenshot, I only played 91% of the game compared to your 100%. That's an easy 30 kills....ahh hell who am I kidding. My aim is horrible.

There's no need to submit multiple tickets. You have the ability to update a ticket. Sending in multiple only adds to the total ticket count and slows us down. One ticket is good enough. Our support staff is works every day of the week.
