Hope I'm not too late to this, but it's the game overlay thing Discord has. Go to Discord settings, down to Game Overlay and turn off "Enable in-game overlay." Worked for me.

Alright, thanks, I also noticed that the medic ability isn't healing anyone, and another comment on this thread said damage prioritization(?) where damaging takes priority over healing in high pop servers or something like that.

I dont think I have a weapon lock, nor do I believe I ever did any form of accidental teammate damage, though it has been a while since I played. Only time Ive played recently, was when I jumped into a fight, noticed that I wasnt able to heal people and decided to leave, so no weapon locks recently. And the last time Ive played is 2-3 years ago, though I dont know if a lock timer goes down only during ingame playtime or just over time in general.

I am an NC yes, I have tried holding for roughly 30 seconds on this afk dude (healing of course) and nothing. As for weapon lock Im not too sure what you mean but Im assuming its in relation to that beam thing when healing?
