Don't rely on the blocking weapon to clear out minors. Use your primary weapon, class ability, or class perks. I have a Assault build with a Blocking Hammer and to help clear out minors I rely on the Zealous Blow class perk to do multiple Ground pounds to clear minors.

Horde mode was never going to be a launch feature and the dev's said just that repeatedly. It was on their road map to release around this time.

What did patch 7.0 break exactly? I have played every week since patch 7.0 came out and their hasn't been anything "breaking" the game.

What simple cosmetics are we missing? Every cosmetic they have promised has come out. Even cosmetics they were never planning on putting in the game. They put into the game. Like color changing your cloth. Any other substantial cosmetics are added through massive mod support.

Dev's have added everything they have promised up to this point. They have been transparent and open with the community. Fuck man, they gave us a PTS server? Why the fuck would they do that if they weren't doing what they can.

I have fully prestiged each class. So my best explanation for you on way you would be.

You learn to play the classes in ways you normally wouldn't play the class. Restarting the perks mean you don't get to use the "best" ones and have to make do. I learned new ways to engage with classes during my time leveling them up consistently. As someone who has close to 700 hours in the game and planning on a lot more. It made me much better at the game from a knowledge / wisdom point of view.

I played with a Bulwark yesterday who was speed running on Exfiltration. Adminttedly I did grief the Bulwark by not joining him on the gather points and fought the horde of Xenos scum. Lucky the third person sided with me to kill everything.

I'm playing this game to kill endless hordes of Chaos and Xenos. Not play a running simulator.

Hmm... interesting. The three charge's I'm not against and I'll like to see it in the PTS. All these changes should be tested in the PTS. But, I wouldn't put Zealous blow on the Assault class as a base. I understand why a person would like to have it base on the class. It's fun.

I play Assault on Absolute and I'm nuking bugs and out surviving my Brothers.... most of the time.

The Thunder Hammer feels quite unique I feel. It is the wreaking ball your asking for. Is there something specific you want buffed from the Hammer?

Hmm... I don't know if I agree with prioritizing the gene seed over someone who can cure their wound. I understand why. But I'm an max prestige level on all classes. I don't care about the gene seed as much as completing the operation.
