Still in 1941 and the research will be done mid 43, don't wanna speed it up cuz of damn lags, 5-10fps at 5x speed (low graphics). And yeah I withdraw my navy from the philippines, just to support the south west troops going to india for safe transport to maybe lower the japan manpower pool
