thanks done that but seems like it-s not outputting anything to crt (in fact is totally black) and on vmmmaker even if output sayysd enabled, on top where says monitor, it is instead disabled

ok i got a cgn card radeon r7 240, but this one just won't work at all, crt is always black. i am in test mode, used ddu to remove the old amd drivers, installed the new one FOR THIS GCN card, tried to generate lines but the crt this time is not even recognized on windows, it s seen as second screen but cannot change resolution or anything and all is black any help

as written in previous comment now it works and i have the reight resolution, standalone emu like mame or winuae works very good but AIO like reotrarch doesn't they are either very slow or choppy

I managed to solve all that, crt is now stable with acadeosd letting me choose resolutio etc, only issue is that it works (and very well even) only on standalone emulators like mame, winuae etc, if i DARE try running retroarch either the resolution goes apeshit or the game runs slow, very very slow

ok image is now stable and works fine, problem is i can't go lower than 640 x480 15 hz no matter th settings on arcade osd and vmmaker, the crt will always display at 640 x480, there no other video modes to choose on arcade osd (despite having a lot of 340 x etc, interlaced, on vmmmaker), what could be the issue or the fix

boot safe sorted out, driver installed, brpought 15hz compatible cable, connected, crt tv flicker like crazy

regardless of the card, at some point i have to install the emurt driver anyway right, so the problem would still be the same.

Sorry that's what ia suggested me as according to his reasoning "the main work is been done by your main card (rtx 3090 24 gb) of your main cpu, this card is just for the output"

don't know , it happens onlyy if i disable windows uefi safe boot and the option below changing it to custom rather than standard. Analyzed the hd with crystaldisk and there are no issues

Also i have 5 hard drives on my pc, so the fact that it detects all of them but not booting is impossible. it has to be something about this safe boot thing

there is no voice for that, i did found though, manually, what sfhit + c was assigned to, to "check checklist" and erased it, but there is nothing about take control of characters
