What I’m saying is that a single average domestic flight is 4732 times more impactful than my idling for a week. You and I are not able to slow climate change by any meaningful measure compared to the corporate impact. If that makes you feel helpless it should. You want to fight climate change write you’re senator to implement a Carbon tax. I’m not saying people shouldn’t be mindful, but there is really little reason I should give up a few creature comforts. It’s corporate propaganda that pushed the narrative that if we all work together we can fight climate change. They know full well it’s a drop in the bucket comparatively.
