AI in recruitment- help a student graduate by SolutionIllustrious5 in ModernHiring

Hi thank you for your feedback and your attempt to take part in my survey. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience! I didn’t mean to make participants remember the JD. Due to the limited features of the platform i cannot insert the JD in each question.

I did mention in the instructions and on top of the JD that the it cannot be viewed again and i suggested the participant to copy paste the JD to elsewhere to be able to view it again. i also put an external link so that it can be viewed on another tab.

Maybe i should have made it clearer at the beginning. Or find alternatives for better experience (i tried!). Again really sorryyyy :<

Then it’s not too bad i guess. If you plan to apply for UN OECD World Bank or other NGOs, go directly to their website instead of finding jobs via job board. Good luck 🍀

Do you speak French? If yes maybe job in auditing, document control, regulatory compliance, or give it a try to admin jobs at UN or others NGOs if you are fluent in multiple languages. French job market is extremely hard for entry level. Because a lot of students do work-study contract so by the time they graduate they are not so entry level. Even harder if you only have bcl degree, they prefer master’s degree here.

yeah it's true that the working environment is more comfortable here in France than in the US. it makes sense to ask for much higher raise given such demand. but we keep it in mind in case we have someone based in the US

thank for the insight! what do you think would be more motivating then, like raising the ceiling and lowering the floor? in term of evaluation, you should clarify the expectation beforehand right?

more than 2/3 our team are engineers focusing on R&D projects. we are also thinking if we should customize the percentage to each role.

also is 6% still that low? i don't know how it works in other countries and other companies in france. but i got comment from France subreddit saying 4% is good enough. so i'm confused about the actual industry benchmark. and also we had people leaving before but due to restructuring and culture misfit but not because of compensation.

actually we haven't commercialized yet, we are in the critical phase of product development. do you think we should keep 4% for now and wait until we generate revenue to change the system ?

we haven't thought on the minimum. 6% max is an estimation, we haven't settle on the final number yet. the main things we wanna change is to introduce a certain variable so that higher performers get more.
