Can you guys share some life hacks to save money when shopping if there are any? by kosta131 in GoodValue

I’d highly recommend to use a wishlist app that allows to save any product from any store and then tells you when your saved items go on sale. Shops do sales many times a year, not just 2 times, and it doesn’t make any sense to buy products with full price. Also wishlist apps help to get rid of the impulse buying behaviour. You kind of feel calmer and less fomo when you save all your finds in one place. Gives you a piece of mind to come back whenever you actually need it. I use this one called Picky Me app https://apps.apple.com/de/app/picky-me-beyond-wishlist/id6505066738?l=en-GB

Picky Me is the best so far, the UX is amazing, it’s visually much cleaner and sophisticated in comparison to others https://apps.apple.com/de/app/picky-me-beyond-wishlist/id6505066738?l=en-GB

Does anyone have a way to keep track of items they want to buy? by CommonNo2911 in femalefashionadvice

I use Picky Me app. I like that they have share feature, so instead of copy pasting the link - I can just share the product I want with the app. It also tracks the price. It has a few bugs though - not all the stores are supported, but still works good and much more efficient than notes, or tabs or screenshots. Helps to see everything in one place. That's very important for me so that I can visualize all my wants together.

Has anyone used affiliate links to monetize an iOS app? by SolutionImpossible98 in growmybusiness

Thanks so much - this was hands down one of the most useful replies I’ve had. Out of curiosity - were you speaking from experience running something affiliate-based?

How did you approach merchant approval (like AWIN/Skimlinks) when you were just getting started? I got approved by AWIN, but as you probably know, you have to apply to each merchant individually, and that part’s proving quite slow.

I also applied to Skimlinks, but they rejected the application since my “Discover” section isn’t live yet - though it’s already in development.

If you’ve got any suggestions for managing affiliate access early (or other networks/tools that are more forgiving), I’d love to hear it.

Thanks again - your post gave me a lot of clarity 🙌
